I am not quite sure how I let two months get away from me, but such is life. Brinnlee turned 5 yesterday and I can hardly believe the day has come. She has been talking about turning 5 since she turned 4 so it has been a long awaited birthday. She had her first friend party with "Pin the bow on Hello Kitty" and a Hello Kitty pinata- I was quite impressed by the WHACK! those little girls laid on Hello Kitty. Yesterday she got the bright yellow swimsuit she'd been asking for and a special daddy-daughter birthday lunch and for the record she chose Wendy's much to Tad's dismay. I took her pictures a couple weeks ago and she is such a little model. I made the skirt she's wearing and it turned out pretty cute! We used one of her pictures on the sugar cookies that she took to school today, she was very excited to share treats with her friends. She is such a good girl, she is so good with Brigham and Ady. She is the best helper and loves to read. I am so proud to be Brinnlee's mother and we are so blessed that she was sent to our family.
5 years old...wow that is a big one! she is such a beautiful girl! happy birthday brinnlee!
ReplyDeleteYOU TAKE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES!!!!!!! I am so so so impressed, you could be hired to take my kids pictures one day (when I have them ;) ) She is a little model and that has to make it easier too! CUTEST polka dot backdrop, and.. I think her party looks like a blast!
